Tubular is a medical-grade enteral feeding management application designed with privacy-by-design principles. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use our mobile application and related services.
We design Tubular with healthcare privacy and security principles. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Tubular is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate.

- Content Information: Formula brands, names, concentrations, medication names
- Delivery Methods: Feeding method types (continuous, cyclic, intermittent, bolus)
- Schedules: Feeding schedules, reminders, and recurring sessions
2.2 Account Information
- Email address (for authentication and notifications)
- Pseudonymous user ID (Supabase Auth UUID - not linked to personal identifiers)
- User preferences and application settings

- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Error logs and crash reports (anonymized)
- Operational diagnostics and reliability telemetry

- Government identifiers (for example SSN, passport numbers)
- Full date of birth

- Physical addresses or phone numbers (except for account email)

- Communication: Send important service updates, security notifications, product launch announcements, and optional monthly development blog updates (for waitlist and alpha program members)
- Improve Service Quality: Analyze anonymized usage patterns to enhance features and performance
- Ensure Medical Safety: Validate data integrity, maintain audit trails, and comply with medical device regulations
